As a family-run FMB-member builder based just over the Shropshire border, we work to current Building Regulations across DY7, DY8 and DY9 postcodes.

Living Design & Build delivers extensions, loft conversions, new builds and full refurbishments across Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn, Bewdley and the wider DY10 and DY11 postcodes. Our base near Bridgnorth puts us within 30 minutes of every Kidderminster postcode, so site visits, deliveries and snagging are quick.

Living Design & Build delivers extensions, loft conversions and full home transformations across Wolverhampton and the surrounding suburbs of Tettenhall, Wombourne, Penn, Compton and Codsall. We cover WV1 through WV15 from our Bridgnorth base, 20 minutes from Wolverhampton city centre.

Living Design & Build covers the whole of Telford, Wellington, Newport, Madeley, Dawley and Ironbridge from our Bridgnorth base. We handle extensions, loft conversions, new builds and full refurbishments across TF1 to TF13.

Living Design & Build has completed multiple major projects in Halesowen, including the full property remodel on Hagley Road that featured in local media. Living Design & Build was founded in 2005 in Burwarton and has completed over 1,000 projects across Bridgnorth, Highley, Alveley, Much Wenlock, Worfield and the surrounding Shropshire villages.
